Our prices are simple: $30 to commission, certify or notarize the first document and $10 for each document or signature thereafter, plus HST.
This price applies during business hours, as well as evenings and weekends. We don't charge a premium for evening and weekend notarizations.

The additional charge for a house or office call in Scarborough is $50, plus HST. The additional charge for mobile appointments in the rest of Toronto, Pickering or Markham is $75, plus HST.
